The estimated time to repair the vehicle was 4 days. The actual time was 2 weeks. I wish carina would have provided a more realistic timeframe at the start of the repair work. I understand there were other incidentals found but the actual issues were not explained in full and it took much longer than expected. The work done is good but more conversation about time expectations would be nice in the future. Thank you and happy holidays

Carubba collision was by far the best experience I have ever had after a car accident. From the front desk attendant, Julie, to the car rental agent, Joel and all of the staff at Carubba. They were all awesome. I would definitely go back again.

I spoke with my service rep. when I picked up the car. I was dissatisfied to learn that the car was not available on the 15th because it was in detail. I am not sure what detail includes, but I found no evidence of detail.
