My husband recommended Carubba. He had Geico insurance when he went to Carubba for his repairs. I definitely feel that Geico customers are given preferential treatment and their cars are attended to first. It took over 2 weeks to have my car returned to me. I had to pay for a loaner car for 15 days. Both times my husband's car was in it was back to him within 3 or 4 days. I am just very frustrated with the experience seeing how highly he recommended Carubba.

Only complaint is with rental car from Hertz, which I know you don't have any control over, the car they gave me needed snow tires, I could not drive it with this weather.

My wife brought her jeep in to be repaired after she hit a pot hole. No idea why the insurance company recommend a collision shop, but we dropped it off. The car sounded like a helicopter was under the jeep. They have a aluminum drive shaft that is binding up, you cannot replace the U joints on this vehicle you just replace the while drive shaft. So after the vehicle was in your hands we were told it makes that noise because of the tread of the tires and it needed an alignment! So 198.00 and the problem is not solved. I will not recommend you to anyone and would like a complete refund. I will take whatever action needed to make sure no one pays for services not needed and to recover my money.
Also whoever test drove the jeep and came up with the tire tread and alignment made that noise they should not be employed there. They may want to try McDonald's! Have a great day!
