I like th fact your team went the extra mile to remove what was thought to be nicks in paint, but turned out to be tar.
Match of paint was perfect.
I will say on two occasions when I came in, there should have been more than **** girl at desk. It overwhelms the girl working, and I certainly didn't appreciate having to wait 30 - 45 minutes on both visits.

My adjuster from Geico Jordan was amazing. He was quick and efficient and friendly. He did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Also Julie from Carubba was just as amazing from start to finish. She met me with a smile. Explained all of my paperwork. And at the end walked me around my car, explained al of the repairs and even made sure to help me with some lic plate issues. She had my car washed and vacuumed and with the repairs it felt like I was getting into a new car !!! I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience.

I am happy that they took care in fixing damage done to my car. When I got a call from Jill telling me she wasn't happy with the paint job and is sending it back to the paint shop for a redo. I feel that she treated my car like it was hers. She knew that my car was my baby. I would recommend Carubba to my friends and family if they need repairs. I would of loved to have the rest of my car and top repair, but with my car being 21 years old, it would have cost me more than my car is worth.
