Each team member of Carubba was so explicit in detail as to what was going on. Also, everyone was extremely nice! I will definitely recommend Carubba to anyone in need of a service.

The attitude and demeanor of all your staff exudes customer service. Everyone I talked to from the insurance agent, to the person at the front desk, to the service technicians were polite and cheerful. Communication was great, from the explanation of the repairs required to the daily updates on status. I was originally told the truck would be held over the weekend and ready on Monday. I asked about possibility of getting it on Friday and you guys made it happen! Your device tech even adjusted the fit of the tonneau cover in the parking lot when I pointed out it wasn't aligned properly. Thanks for the great service.
