Paula and the repair team did a great job with organizing the repair and dealing with USAA. USAA, however was absolutely terrible. They made dropping off my car take ****.5 hours because they were busy arguing over paying for my rental car over **** day.

I was impressed with the service I received from ECR. The kept me well-informed on the status of my car. The agent that handled my case was Paula and all I can say is she is a gem. Paula was very helpful, polite and professional. She really did everything possible to ensure that I had a great experience as a customer of ECR. I’ve dealt with many companies/organizations over the years, throughout the country, and No other service has been more gratifying. ECR should be proud to have her on their staff. ECR did an excellent job repairing my car. They made every effort possible to make sure that I was a satisfied customer when I picked up my car. The car was fixed and detailed to the max. Paula from Ecr was the absolute best customer care person alive She talk to both my insurance, the rental agent and kept me calm at the same time.
