The work was great. Car looks like new, but I was not informed that having my car looked at by the service department would cost me any additional money. I was surprised at the register with an additional $112 on my bill. No warning at all. I was under the impression that after being in an accident that having my car inspected by the body shop and the service department would be covered in the cost I was quoted. That would, at least, seem like a decent practice to have to secure the safety of current and potential future customers.

My vehicle took forever to get back, then on pickup day I turn the key and engine light came on . Error codes after error codes finally they told me to correct the problem it will cost me and parts and labor 1079+ change to correct the problem on the vehicles . Upon the closing of my vehicle the engine light never came on then after the fact all types of error code showed up I’ve been explained that this occurs upon an accident but they could not justify the repairs under the accident due to the fact of where the vehicle is hit. I tried to explain to her just as in my vehicle was traveling at 45 miles an hour when I was struck by the other vehicle which at that time stalled my hinges didn’t sync at the time it was important to identify all the small issues but 2020 hindsight now I see you must.
