There was a three day delay caused by mixup in parts ordered which cost me an additional $75 in car rental fees. When I aske fixed auto if they planned on assisting with the cost, they gave me a no, we don’t do that. I can’t help it if they didn’t order or get the correct part, but my company would have paid any expenses caused by the delay.
