I was quoted 500 when the truck was finished. I knew that I had 2 claims fixed so should have been 1000. I called just before picking it up and asked the total. Again I was told 500. So came in with 500. The man I last spoke with, was the one to assist me. He took 3 steps to grab my file and right on top HIGHLIGHTED was my total of 1000 as I originally thought. My problem is laziness. I called for my total. He could have taken those same 3 steps when I called and everything would have been fine. Instead I had to go through a headache with the bank. Childcare. Just the lazy office staff. Was my only issue.
