The original estimate was thorough and efficiently done, and when I brought the car in for service, the service rep did a very complete job of taking me around the car to confirm the repairs to be done. Same when I picked it up--all very courteous, clear and efficient. It looks as if it was washed and cleaned on the inside too--a pleasant surprise. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful.
