He was extremely helpful with an unusual situation involving a Canadian insurance company. Jed was a true professional every step of the way. Everyone At carubba that I was in contact with were awesome. Even though my repair was not big by any means, you all worked to take car of my truck in a timely manner. I was told the repairs were minute and I would have my vehicle back within 4 days. In reality you had my vehicle for 16 days. The entire time I received numerous excuses. Mainly they had to order more parts. In addition I had to pay taxes and rental rates for 16 days as opposed to the original 4 days. All before a holiday. I am not pleased I am not satisfied with the lack of communication and I am beyond irritated with the lame excuses.
