I was promised a loaner car by the body shop but never got one. Had a smart mouth man tell me to like it or take my car somewhere else... I did let u repair my car because of your good work reputation from all the years I have done business with you. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Billingsley and the service has always been the best... But that one smart mouth person and bad situation will probably not bring me back... The body shop did a beautiful job on my car and the lady and man in the body shop office treated me great.
