The paint and rust was fixed but original metal rubbing near the door hinge that caused the rust is still occurring. The vehicle was first fixed and this was the second visit for the same repairs.

The window did not go up and down properly. It would barely work. Also the window trim was loose. The overall appearance of the repair looked pretty good. However I was dressed in a shirt and tie an unable to properly inspect the vehicle yesterday. I hope to get to it tonight and do a thorough check. Roger was very cordial and polite and apologized for the window not working properly he took it back to the service department and they repaired it. I was told that the window trim would not fit properly since it was taken off and it wasn't original anymore. They could take some glue and try to see if that would work. At that point I just wanted to leave.

My only complaint is that I wish the inside of my car had been vacuumed and wiped down. There was dust everywhere. However, I'm glad that you took your time and the repairs look fantastic!
