The finished detail was not as promised my wife the owner will bring it in to get fixed used parts were used instead of new like I was told

The plastic wheel well should have been replaced! There is a large section that was broken and missing. If you did not have it figured into the original estimate, you should have done a supplement with the insurance company for approval and replacement.

Please consider being open with at least a minimal office staff over your lunch break. Some of your clients might have to use that time to either drop off or pick up their vehicle. Not a problem in my case, but just a suggestion.

Sorry for the delay! Just open my email. My experience at Bakers Auto body was excellent felt almost like family. In fact was treated better than Family. And the care if I had a ride or not that was very nice. I thank you. A new bumpper makes the old van looking good. Now for me to patch the few rust hole with my backyard auto body repairs and some rustolum it look better than new!! Again thank you Petter and the rest of your crew very professional.
