I really appreciated the diligent communication from Tony with Pacific Elite. He kept me apprised to the status of my condition and when it would be ready. I never needed to call to check in. Additionally, the emails I received during the process also made me feel like they were working hard to get the job done effectively and efficiently. I also loved the proximity of Pacific Elite's shop on Crenshaw to my house.
