My while was ready on the day that it was promised. However, it was not ready at the time promised and the clerk charged me out and I was sighed out before my vehicle was actually ready. The I was asked to wait which was no problem but I wished the clerk would have verified that my vehicle was complete.

The front bumper which I paid extra to repair was not done right and was incompletely done. But Pacific Elite promise to repair it, however, it will be an inconvenience to me since I'll have to bring my car back in for this repair seeing you had my car already for 14 days.
