Hector was really good. He knew how to take care of the whole claim. I initially decided to take it to the dealer for repairs but when Hector explained the process he had so much detail I felt comfortable bringing it back to him. Sandra up front was very courteous and helpful. Christina the office manager also helped me because I thought there was an issue with Enterprise and she resolved it with Silvano and took care of me. Overall the experience was really easy and the repairs looked great. Thank you Pacific Elite.

The reason I went was for them to fix the right side of my car including the door that didn't open and when they called to say it was ready I got there and the door still didn't open and when I turned on the car my AC was making a noise which when I left it he AC was perfectly fine. They told me to leave it again so they could fix the door and check the AC out. I get a call that it's ready and the door works now but they told me that I had to take the stuff out of the glove box in order for them to fix it which makes no sense because they could've took it out for me instead of wasting my time. So I call them and let them know the problem and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Now my car is messed up because of their fault and they aren't even going to repair it for me. BAD SERVICE all they did was waste my time.
