I was notified that repairs were complete and my car was ready for pick up. I arrived at Pacific Elite to pick up my car and there was a large scratch/dent on the passenger fender that was "polished" and not repaired. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied by the service, or lack there of. This is unacceptable and wrong that Pacific Elite attempted to return my car to me when the repairs were not complete. I have been without my car for 13 days now. I will not use Pacific Elite again for any repairs, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
