From the very beginning the in house State Farm gentleman was honest and complete. From that point, Cole was on top of it. He kept us inform and communicated with us throughout the process. Thank you Cole. The other Gentleman that sits next to Cole was great also, he answered questions, and gave us info about the history of Pacific Elite. The skilled workers did a great job on our Tahoe and they deserve credit for our approval. The front lady at the counter was extremely pleasant to finalize the ticket. It was a great experience working with everyone. From the moment we rolled into the parking lot until the moment we left, everyone was so kind and so easy to work with. We took a shuttle from and to Pacific Elite to drop off and pick up our car, and the driver was very pleasant and polite. The manager was helpful in explaining the process and putting us at ease, and the person behind the counter was efficient and clear with what she needed from us and how she could help. The guy that went over everything with us at the end was very clear and explained all the work very well. We loved the work and would gladly come here again! (Though hopefully not because a tire clipped us again!)

Armando was great. He kept me in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle throughout the process. The vehicle looks excellent and you folks even cleaned up the inside for me. There were some delays due to a part not being available but it was not your fault and Armando took care of things to compensate for the extra time the vehicle was with you folks. Overall, an excellent experience and the facility is nice and clean and looks well maintained. I would highly recommend.
