The email alerts system could use some fine tuning. I recorded an email on 8/13 letting me know that my car was on track to be finished on 8/15 at 5pm. An hour later I received a call saying my car would be ready that day (8/13). I did not pick up my car until the following morning. About 5 minutes after I picked up my car I received another email stating that my car was almost finished.
I am completely satisfied with the work that was done and happy that it was ahead of schedule, but the email system is a little off.
