My repairs are very sub-standard with big gaps between the body panels; bolt covers missing; cheap plastic bumper is not even close to original; tree sap or some other stuff on my hood is impossible to get off.

When I have a 2pm drop off time, I should have been out of there within 20 minutes tops! Not an hour! Even the wait time for pick up took almost 40 minutes. My car was also covered in dust. I do not want to hear sorry your car is covered in dirt from the field even though we washed it this morning. The person who picked up her car prior to mine was all shiny like it was just done. It seemed that my car must have been sitting for quite awhile even though I was told pick up time was 5pm. The Enterprise rep was also not helpful. Her body language and attitude was crap.

Repairs took approximately 2.5 weeks longer than originally estimated. The longer wait really wasn't much of an issue. The real problem is that when I picked up my car, the brake lights didn't work on the side that was repaired (rear lights were replaced). I don't understand how the technician failed to check and test repairs. My car is still with the shop, and I've not received a call regarding when it will be ready.
