I received terrible updates on my car, not to mention the eta of completion was pushed back three times. Not only that but miscommunication one of the times the completion was pushed back I had arrived to pick my car up because I received an email notification and phone call stating my car was complete. I now have my car back and it still is not complete I have to return to your shop so the final piece can be installed.

I still don't have my auto after 6 weeks and have no idea when they will be finished. The shop workers have so far not paid attention to detail. For the most part the car looks good right now but there are gaps in the roof rails, which I was told will now be replaced, and the sensors were not working when I arrived to pick up my car today. Now I have to wait until after the holiday to ask when they think they will be done. Luckily I have not been able to drive but if I had who would have to pay for the extra rental car time? I think your workers need to have some detail oriented training so they can do the work correctly the first time and save the insurance companies they work with some money
