The one thing that prevented me from being completely satisfied was knowing a whole week passed and Pacific Elite had no idea my vehicle was in their lot. My car was towed to Pacific Elite on Monday 11-26-18. I called the following Monday, 12-3-18 to ask for an update, instead, I'm told my vehicle is not here, that my car was not in their computer system. Someone had to walk the lot to find my vehicle. A whole passed and nothing was done to my vehicle. This ruined what would have either been a completely satisfying experience. Still debating if I would recommend or even return to this shop.

Service from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful. I was updated along the way, there weren’t any surprises, and the turn around time to get everything fixed was all within a reasonable time frame. AND when I picked up my car, I found it had been completely cleaned inside and out which was not requested or expected and was most definitely a pleasant surprise since I haven’t had time to get it cleaned recently. I highly recommend them to EVERYONE! They truly do go above and beyond.
