I wasn't given the option to pick my truck up which was drivable while the tailgate replacement was on order. So I incurred five days of unnecessary rental car expense because of this. I'm not happy about this!

The job was "done" 6 days before I picked it up, but when I got there this morning to pick up the vehicle, the decal on the door was missing and I was told they needed a few minutes to put it on. However upon viewing the decal, I noticed the "Energi" piece was missing. I was told they would call me and set up a time for them to come out to where ever the vehicle is and finish the job, but didn't hear back today. I'll be satisfied when the job is actually done.
