Love your communication policy. When you don’t have the use of your primary vehicle and you live it as I do, it is nice to know that someone else thinks enough of you and your business to keep you updated without having to call and beg for updates as has happened with other vendors in the past

Overall experience was good. Updates were great and timing to get car done was reasonable. Had issues with 2 bumpers that were ordered coming in damaged which made it take 2-3 days longer than it needed too but still took less than a week to complete so that was nice. Also had them put an extra part in that I already had and they did with no problems or complaints. Would definitely use Pacific Elite again. Thanks for everything!
