Not a big deal considering the overall picture. I found the e-mails not relevant to what was happening and there were too many of them. I was given a date late in February for completion, adjusted (not your fault) by circumstances to March 11. The delivery turned out to be February 28, but a camera part did not come in so I was asked if I wanted to take the truck and bring it back when the part arrived. I said I wanted the truck complete. Several days later I was told it was ready but when we checked it out at your shop the back up camera was inoperative. Overall things went well and the truck looks fine. I suspect, given the repairs necessary, things went really well and I am not unhappy with your service. Richard R

When I picked up my car? The wheel was not aligned so the steering was off and the car was veering right. Don't you test drive the car prior to deliverimg the car? I have already returned my rental car so I had to wait half a day before the car was ready. Had my husband pick me up but Luckily it was delivered to my house otherwise I would have been very irrated. It was inconvenient and lack of proper assessment of quality control by your company... I wasted all day and was unable to go to work... At least Vernie was really nice and very helpful...however after the car was delivered at 5pm on ****/10/13 I test drive the car and within the first 2 blocks the tire pressure light was on..I called your company and they request that I dropped by ****/11/13 to reset it... But by 7am on ****/11/13 I saw I had a flat tire with a nail puncture in it which later was not repairable So I had to purchase a new tire... All this while borrowing a car to take my daughter to school ... I am not sure the flat tire is caused by your staff driving while delivering the car!!!! Anyway your company provide good customer service but not sure about quality control... I am too tired to be mad so that is that....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;(

I've been coming to Prestige since the 2000 and was a little skeptical about the new management. Thank you for doing such an amazing job.
