The shop manager and personal were very professional and friendly. The service was excellent and repair as if it never happened. I have recommended John Hoffer Body Shop to people before and will continue to do so. Matt Campbell is a excellent manager and should be rewarded.

Repair took longer than anticipated due to a poor quality bumper skin having been received. Estimater Matt reordered an OEM replacement. I appreciate his commitment to doing a good repair. The service at John Hoffer auto body was by far the best experience from the whole process post accident. Matt provided excellent customer service by providing text message updates on how everything is going. He gave me options and did his best working with the insurance company to get all original Volkswagen parts. The repairs were done almost a week ahead of the projected estimated completion date. He also answered every question I asked in full detail and made sure I understood what was going on in the repairs of our car.
I would highly recommend John hoffer auto body and intend on taking my vehicle there if (fingers crossed another accident won’t hapoen) but if I needed auto body repair work done, John Hoffer is where I’ll go.
