Chris and his crew had a great amount of attention to detail. If they hadn't caught what was additionally found (which wouldn't have been found without experience) the frame of my vehicle would still be damaged with new parts in place.
Chris took me through the process and kept up to date with repairs. He continued to show that he took care of his guests and did whatever it took to get the job done correctly and done correctly the first time.
Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job and made it easy on me with a seamless transition between a rental car and getting back into my vehicle once repairs were finished.
I couldn't thank him enough by the time I got my vehicle back. You couldn't tell anything had ever happened.
I thank Chris, his crew and all the hardworking people at yokem for their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. All issues were addressed and given the correct amount of attention.

I had intended to write you a letter commending your whole procedure for my auto repair! Chris quickly handled getting my info. into the computer and getting me a price. He kept me informed throughout the process, got the work done on time and well, and I loved having my car cleaned and looking like new when I picked it up. He was both professional and nice, so he was easy to work with. Also, your receptionist was very pleasant, took care of my questions and called Enterprise for me. Another adjuster also took it upon himself to call Enterprise again when they had not arrived promptly.

Good service and good job on work. But i have to bring it back due to wind noise. Also cut in leather in door panel , scratch on repair side and door doesn't unlock automatically with key when you pull on door handle.
