Overall great experience, car looks good! Issue: the hydrolic supports on the hood are not functioning and do not hold the hood open as they should. Ill look forward to hearing back to get it fixed.

I was not told that I was getting a new tire on top of the repairs I dropped my truck off for, which were covered by Farmers Insurance. While I the new tire was possibly necessary for the completion of repair, I was NOT told during my estimate that the cost would not be covered by insurance. This is not Farmers or my responsibility, but Ace-Tech's alone. No one told me about replacing my tire nor that I would pay extra on top of my insurance deductible. A courtesy call BEFORE putting a new tire and charging me would have been appreciated.
