First of all, my name is not Pat. Second, my insurance company appraiser said the repair should take two days. You said 3 and a half, which made sense because you needed to order parts. You then confirmed that you didn't need any parts that the insurance company appraiser missed. You said you'd keep in touch. You didn't. I called on the day the repair was supposed to be done, and you said you needed another part and were waiting for the insurance company. Five days (four business days) later, you finally finished. I think you did a great job on the car, I just think you need some work in the costumer service department. And signing up people for automatic texts without their okay is really annoying. Oh, and you should provide itemized receipts with the parts you needed, etc.
Thanks for the great work though.
