The Abra team kept me updated every step of the way. They took the time to explain in detail what parts were needed and why. If for some reason there was a delay, I was informed immediately. Overall they properly set my expectations for the process therefor I am extremely pleased with the outcome. My car looks great and I am so excited to have it back in my possession.

Steve was really great to work with, and Diane at the front desk was always helpful and a great customer facing representative of the company. My car had a LOT of damage, but I feel really good about the work done at Abra. I thought about taking the car to the dealership when the accident first happened, but have been completely satisfied with my experience at Abra instead. When a couple new things popped up after picking up my car, Steve and his team were right on top of it and were incredibly accommodating, even driving me back to my office so I didn't have to deal with another rental car. Everyone at Abra was nice, honest, and I really trusted them with my car. Very good work.
