Waited even though I had an apt to check in my car. Then when I got the calls car was ready I let them know I'd be in first thing Monday. When I arrived Monday my paperwork wasn't ready and was wrong. The guy I worked w said it could have been avoided if I'd let them know? The paperwork was also wrong and he said he knew it was wrong when submitted but "can't blame them for trying to get more out of the insurance co." Just left a really bad impression.
