Only did the minimum the very bare minimum work car looks like **** now. I coulda ordered a bumper $350 already painted and a set of headlights and installed it all in one day now I gotta spend another 400 to replace both headlights because the driver side is older than the passenger side

The paint job was much less than I would have hoped for. There are either air bubbles or dirt particles on the top surface of the left rear fender—just noticed it tonight when vacuuming the car. I’ve had Abra do work before and not had problems. So not sure how this slipped by the final inspection.

Get rid of the electronic text unless it is accurate. It said all was well when you could get the insurance company to pay for additional damage which added an additional week to the repairs. I could have got involved. Over all your employees have great customer service.

I actually stopped by Abra looking for another body shop and from the first encounter it left a lasting impression. I actually came back about two weeks later and decided to use your shop.
