To say disappointing is an understatement. I was rear ended on 10/13, my car was towed to Abra on 10/15. When I initially spoke with Scott, he told me that he would keep me updated every step of the way. When my estimates were done, when my car was disassembled, when the parts arrived, when my car was in paint, and when my car was complete. If I wanted an update I HAD TO CALL! That is poor customer service, to say the least. I felt as if I was given the run around. Scott would tell me that my car would be complete on such and such day, yet to no avail. Something else came up. My car was to be complete approximately 5-7 times and something ALWAYS came up. Abra called me today 11/28 (45 days after initially Getting my car) to tell me it was complete and ready for pickup. I arrived and found multiple things wrong and still broken. My hatch doesn’t shut properly, my passenger rear window seal is broken and sticking up, the bumper has rough patches in the paint, my cargo cover is still broken, my drivers seat is loose, and According to Scott, my car was detailed more than once. Yet the Starbucks drink that my son had during the accident wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned up. My windows look as if they were cleaned by a blind person. When i went back in and the lady up front asked me was my car okay, i replied no. Her response, and i quote “ I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD BE.” Are you kidding me? You have no faith in the company that you work for? WOW! My estimate went from roughly $7,000 to $10,052.21 without my knowledge. This is an unacceptable way to operate a business. I sincerely Hope that someone higher within Abra will contact me.

We all missed a dent in the driver side door because everyone was focused on the damage to the front. Travis is going to take care of it.
