When I picked up my truck from repairs, I was very disappointed. The paint did not match and had brush marks in it, the rain guard was not the same as the other 3 and was not secured, there was still glass in the passenger seat track, I found a rubber glove between the seat, all leather damage was not repaired, and the truck antenna was missing. When I picked up the truck after three weeks of repairs, it was much better. Although when I **** the door, the whole inner panel fell off. I had to snap it back I place and will be calling to notify Abra. Also Allexys Campbell wanted me to give her a 10 out of 10 on the customer review or not take the review. She said that the mishap that occurred happened because the shop was really busy and she was gone for one week. I told her that is no excuse by any mean. I’m very disappointed in how everything was managed and the quality of serviced received.

The customer service is excellent from the front desk to the repair staff. I was kept informed regarding the progress of my repair from the time I dropped my car off until it was ready for me to pick up. All my questions were answered thoroughly.
Having to have work done after an accident is a stressful time. I appreciated the personal attention and humor provided that kept me calm throughout process. I felt like the staff, especially Stan, really cared about me as a client.
Also, the paperwork involved was minimal. They did all the work. All I had to do was sign and leave the rest to them.
A truly pleasant experience.
