Never have I experienced such great customer service. CJ kept me updated throughout the whole process and always asked if I had any questions or if there was anything else he could do for me. Everyone who I talked to in person or on the phone at Wilburn was just so nice. You guys have no idea how much I missed my car while it was being repaired, but I was glad to know it was being taken well care of at Wilburn. And thank you for cleaning my car! I was not expecting that, and I'm sorry you had to clean up after me. My niece makes such a mess with her goldfish!
