I could not have asked for more than I got from Abra. I received a text and phone call update daily on the status of the repairs. They even buffed out some few scratches at no extra charge. I highly recommend them and will definitely return if the need arises again.

Understandably repairs were delayed b/c actual damage was not realized, but then it seemed to take longer than anticipated once parts were finially received.
