The bumper is not completely fixed. All the parts were not replaced so there are two different colors on the bumper. It looks ridiculous and I’m very surprised Abra let me drive home like that. I turned in the rental I had too. So, I’m going to be without a car while they replace the part they failed to the first time. Additionally, there is a crack on my windshield that was not there when I dropped off the car. I leave to go out of the country for 2 months this weekend. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service and the time I’m now going to have to spend getting it done the right way. Not to mention replacing the entire windshield. I have contacted my insurance and hope that this will be fixed. The time, energy, and money wasted is very frustrating and I look forward to giving Abra harsh reviews. Usually, I will go out of my way to give praise, referrals, and reviews to companies who do a good job. However, Abra’s handling of this has been hugely disappointing.
