Recently my car was repaired at your shop. The Customer Service Manager, Michele Guzman assisted me in the repair process with the most professional attitude of, dont worry Mr Ellison we can fix this and make it look like it was never there. I know we all have procedures to follow, because I am a retired(27 Years) US Army Master Sergeant. But in a combat environment sometimes you need to go the EXTRA mile to get the job done. True, I was a bit skeptical because the damage to my right car door was not good. I received a phone call from her the next day in the morning and my car was repaired and ready for pick up. Unbelievable, is all I can say! It looks just like the day I purchased it. Thats the EXTRA mile to get the job done. Thank you ABRA and Michele Guzman for her wonderful service.
