My experience with ABRA Auto Body could not possibly have been any better. It was amazing from the first phone call to the time I picked up the car. Mary was the first person I spoke with when I called to make an appointment. I knew just from speaking with her that we had made the right choice when it came to an auto body shop. ABRA goes so far above normal expectations when it comes to customer service. Everything from arranging our rental car to delivering an excellent repair job on our vehicle. Adam Jones was our service rep and he kept us up to date on everything during the repair process up to and including going over the car with a "fine tooth comb," when we picked
it up. Should we ever need an auto body shop again, we would never consider going anywhere but ABRA. These folks are truly the BEST!
