I spoke with Mary when I first called in. She was very nice and helpful.
Kevin Dyke took care of my truck while it was at ABRA.
He called me everyday to explain what they were doing to it.
When I picked it up I was very happy with the job they did.

I was beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and how fast my car was repaired. Typically, I am extremely cautious and a tad skeptical when I drop my car off to be fixed, but this was the first time I didn't feel this way. After receiving car at 0745 on 01/13/15. I noticed extreme wind noise coming from driver's window while going home. It was not there before. Back door's tint has deep scratch in it. And finally, I had to detail driver's side of car for over spray from their detailing.

I noticed an area near the repair that appears to have been damaged by the accident but only unsightly and noticeable in bright sunlight. To me, it looks like it is a result of the impact to the rear bumper which was replaced. Quite possibly, this was visible to a trained professional, but missed by me in the absence of bright sunshine. It is very inconvenient to have to return to the repair shop. The rental car was cheaply equipped and delivered to me in Dirty condition. The windows were especially dirty and there was recycled dirty water in the window washer reservoir. The people at Wilburn were personable and polite.
