ABRA did a superb job repairing our daughter's car -- it looks brand new! The team, beginning with Michelle Guzman, the team lead, and Shelby, the receptionist, through the technicians and even the nice folks who transported me to and from the auto body shop were completely professional, competent, and courteous. They got the job done ahead of schedule, kept us apprised of the progress on the repair, sent us pictures of the work, communicated punctually with our insurance provider, and even cleaned the car inside and out before surrendering our vehicle back to us.
