The only problem I had was that I made an appointment because ABRA had availability. I wasn't happy that my car had been sitting for two days and had to be moved to another location on the third day because they were at capacity. I could have been driving my own car instead of paying for a rental until they were able to fix my car. After the car was transferred the representative I spoke with for updates was very nice and informative.
