I really enjoyed working with Michele Guzman. She set expectations up front, communicated with me regularly via phone and email, sent photos of the repairs, and made great eye contact. I loved that she talked to me instead of my husband. I have been in many situations with customer service professionals where they talk to my husband as if I'm not there even if I am the one they should be talking to. Michele is excellent. Repair quality and paint match on my car are excellent.

An unfortunate incident happened and your staff was more then helpful from scheduling the appointment to bring it in to pick up I was informed, helped wonderfully, always informed at what step through the process with the e mails. I am absolutely grateful for Michelle she made the process so painless and easy for me. Also my truck was done days early then originally scheduled.
