The entire experience was great. It was an easy drop off process. Rental was was delivered to the shop so we did not have to make any other stops. We received text messages as to the progress of the repair. The repair was completed a a couple of days early. Car looks great and the repair was explained in detail. Great job!!

They left the light in. Battery completely drained. There's a stinky smell inside. The surfaces are covered with dirty water that dried. A couple of new scratches they claimed were there previous. Bad handling of the car at delivery
