Repairs were not done to the back trunk area, this was discovered by me after returning home and was not noted to me by the service agent upon pick up. To make matters worse, the service agent is now telling the insurance company after the fact that it was not repaired because the damage was due to a prior accident, which is incorrect. Further, even if it was correct (which it was not) this was not addressed with me by Wilburn. I have only learned this today third hand via the area insurance adjuster. Not good all around. Definitely different from my prior experiences with Wilburn.
