I loved the service at abra autobody when I dropped off my car they looked it over thoroughly, and it was fast. They called me to update me on the status of my car which was pretty cool. They finished my car before I left work and had my car the same! They did an awesome job fixing it, I can't tell it was ever wrecked. I am definitely going to use abra autobody if I ever have to again.

Too much waiting.. First the estimate, then the drop off then the pick up. My time is valuable as well. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time for the initial inspection, at least 20 to drop off and 15 for pick up. I also asked not to be contacted every day, I work for an insurance company, I know the drill, but still got a call.
You need more people. Erin was very nice at the front.
