While I was provided a rental car, after I had to ask for one; my repair took 16 days out of what was quoted as a 5 day repair. Also I’m still having to bring my vehicle back to the shop for a warped fender liner as well as my keyless entry not working. I chose this shop based on the assumption that as the recommended Geico repair facility my vehicle would be repaired quickly and to a high standard but unfortunately it would seem that is not the case.

I specifically called back and asked that my battery be checked bc it died on me 3x before it was towed to Abra. My car was fine before it was hit. I picked it up and as soon as I parked at a store and came out, it was DEAD and I had to beg for a jump. At AutoZone now trying to get help with my battery. Not the way I wanted to spend my Friday night!!! Very unhappy!

repairs were done without my approval of the estimate. they did a good job doing the repairs though but they should have given me the option of keeping the old bed cover that has small damage versus keeping it and re-selling it or using it for themselves. I had to ask for it and it was not available on site. so i waited and waited and them telling me that they are looking for it. after 30 minutes they brought it back missing parts... anyways they got the parts missing now after me going through a hustle with them. westen at body shop needs to be little more organized and telling keeping his promises to clients.
