The work done on my car is inferior, my car was damaged while at the shop and the shop is not taking responsibility for the damage they caused to my car. They also refused to wait for my insurance company to send their appraiser out to inspect the damage. My insurance company being usaa and this shop being preferred. Now this is a civil matter and USAA is still sending an appraiser out to look into this very sketchy matter. FYI people don't take their vehicles to auto body shops for inferior work and excess damage.

Got the car back yesterday..everything looked and appeared fine. However, something happened to our keyless access system. Our keys are not responding as they should when we lock and unlock our door. A light that says CHECK KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM is constantly showing on the dash. I called this morning to Wilburn Auto Body. The guy said he would report it Monday.
