Situation at all. Took my car there and dropped it off on Monday 2/25 but the parts did not arrive until Friday, 3/****. l Was told parts would come in 24 hours but it took4 days. Understand the issue with pre ordering parts but feel like ****.5 weeks is too long. l am a retired Erie agent and have not run into a similar situation before.
