From the personal attention given walking around my car to inspect the damage when I dropped off the vehicle, to the regular unsolicited updates on the status, and the added surprise of taking the time to buff out unrelated scratches noticed in the initial walkthrough, I will be coming back for any future car repairs I may need!

Super easy process! Everyone was very helpful and my car looks good as new! The only suggestion I could make is when my car was ready I didn’t get a lot of notice and was asked to pick it up immediately. Had I been notified earlier in the day I could have given my employer more than 30 mins notice that I had to leave early.

The team at ABRA did a really nice job repairing my car. When I came to pick it up I remarked that I couldn’t believe that it was the same vehicle - it looked that good. I was also really impressed with the amount of communication I received from the shop. I felt like I knew what was going on at all times and that was a nice, unexpected touch. If I ever need body work again in the future, ABRA would be my first choice and I would recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.
